ACTION NEEDED: Passports are required for this event. Many changes have been developed in passport requirements over the last year. It takes four to six weeks for the U. S. State Department to issue a passport. Members needing a passport should start the process immediately. Children under the age of 16 DO need a passport. New rules have been instated concerning birth certificates and legal forms of identification. Passport information can be obtained at www.travel.state.gov .
