CAWV Construction Leadership Program 2026

The CAWV Construction Leadership Program was established in 2023 to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the construction industry by providing participants with the knowledge, skills, and connections necessary for long-term success. Designed to strengthen leadership capacity within member companies, the program emphasizes professional growth, strategic thinking, and effective management practices. Through a combination of classroom learning, interactive discussions, and exposure to industry leaders, participants gain a deeper understanding of the construction business, enhance their leadership abilities, and build valuable relationships that contribute to both personal and organizational advancement.

CAWV is currently working on the class curriculum for 2026. Registration will open in October of 2025 and classes will begin on January 8, 2026. The class schedule consists of a series of in-class courses every other Thursday from January until June.
