We invite you to join us for the 2026 CAWV Annual Meeting at The Greenbrier—bringing together members and guests for a dynamic blend of business, networking, and recreation at one of West Virginia’s most iconic destinations.

Weekend Overview

Thursday, July 9
Kick off the weekend with an Early Bird Cocktail Party and late evening entertainment.

Friday, July 10
Division Meetings, Board of Directors Meeting, and a Welcome Night Reception—offering valuable time to connect with colleagues and industry peers.

Saturday, July 11
The General Business Session will feature keynote speakers (to be announced), followed by the President's Reception & Banquet, themed All That Jazz. The evening will also include the ceremonial welcome of the 2027 President and recognition of the Construction Leadership Program graduating class.

Activities & Experiences

A variety of optional activities will be available throughout the weekend, including:

• Pickleball Clinic & Tournament
• Croquet on the North Lawn (New)
• Golf Tournament at The Meadows Course (New Bramble Format)
• Family Bowling Event - SOLD OUT
• Falconry Experience (New) - SOLD OUT

Additional resort activities will also be available for guests to enjoy the full Greenbrier experience.

► The Opening Act - Late Night Cocktails & Jazz
An intimate evening of live jazz, cocktails, and conversation in Café Carleton.

Saturday, July 12  |  6:00 - 10:00 PM
► All That Jazz - President’s Reception & Banquet
A refined celebration featuring rich décor, classic and contemporary sounds, and an elegant dining experience at The Greenbrier.
