Asphalt Plant Technician Course
* New for 2019: All certification testing has been moved to an online format that will require the attendee to have a laptop, tablet or iPad type device to take the test. The use of smart phones during the test is prohibited.

Tuesday Feb 12, 2019 Friday Feb 15, 2019
The course will begin with registration at approximately 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 12, and ends upon completion of the test on Friday, February 15. Course instructors consist of WV Division of Highways, West Virginia University and Industry representatives.
A three-day cancellation notice is required for a full refund if unable to attend course after registering.
