DESCRIPTION:The CAWV and Rob Rice\, chief of the Office of Abandoned Mine Lands and Reclamation\, WVDEP\, will host a seminar on Tuesday\, September 22 via Zoom and in person at the WVDEP headquarters in Charleston. The seminar will educate attendees on specific issues with the AML Program and Bond Forfeiture Program that have been indicated to be ongoing issues. A number of topics have been placed on the agenda including: Pay applications\; inspections\; change orders\; environmental enforcement\; supplemental agreements\; NPDES Stormwater Construction Permits\; and plans and specifications.
