DESCRIPTION:The CAWV State Meeting Breakfast & Awards Ceremony will be held on March 26\, 2026\, from 7:30 - 9:00 AM in the Elk River Atrium at the Charleston Coliseum & Convention Center. This popular event will be held in conjunction with the West Virginia Construction & Design EXPO. Members will be recognized for excellence in their safety programs and the CAWV Scholarship Foundation recipient will accept his or her CAWV scholarship check. Nearly 200 members and guests\, along with state and federal contracting officials\, are expected to attend the event.\n\n\n\nKEYNOTE SPEAKERS:\n\nChristine Davies\, Deputy Secretary for Economic Development and Workforce Participation\, Department of Commerce\n\n \n\nSen. Robbie Morris (R-Randolph)\, Chairman\, Committee on Government Organization\, and Executive Director\, Randolph County Development Authority\n\n\n\nREGISTRATION:\n\nThe cost to attend will be $50 per guest.\n\n* Safety award and scholarship winners to be recognized at the event will be free of charge.
