DESCRIPTION:Join the CAWV and Encova Insurance for a Fall Protection safety seminar on Thursday\, March 23\, from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the Charleston Coliseum and Convention Center in Parlor A. The training is being held in conjunction with the West Virginia Construction and Design EXPO. This seminar helps attendees understand the importance of safe work conditions and proper use of fall protection gear. The seminar will include a fall protection demonstration from 3M and how to locate and use proper anchor points. Also speaking at the seminar will be Anthony Milam\, OSHA Compliance Assistance Specialist to discuss fall protection protection and OSHA's National Emphasis Program (NEP).\n\n\n\nThis training is for business owners\, safety managers\, employees and anyone who needs to learn how to prevent the loss of life on job sites. This seminar fulfills one of the CAWV / Encova Safety Program seminar requirements. There is no fee for CAWV members but registration is required.
